Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: Advance purchase available online until Wednesday, February 20th on NYCharities. Available tickets will also be sold at the door.
Q: Are there a limited number of tickets?
A: Yes, we are strictly limited to the capacity of the venue. Tickets have sold out in advance the last 3 years so purchase your tickets before there are no more left!
Q: What casino games are available to play?
A: Blackjack, craps, roulette and Texas Hold’em poker.
Q: What is the entry fee of the event?

Tickets are available at a lower price when purchased in advance. Higher-priced tickets entitle you to more chips and/or High Roller poker tournament entry, a better "bang for the buck!"
Q: What does my entry fee include?
A: All tickets include single admission to this event, which includes open bar for the duration of the night, and eligibility to compete for various raffle prizes. Platinum ticket holders will also be entered into the High Roller poker tournament, where they will compete for separate prizes.
Q: How are raffle tickets used? How many raffle tickets will I receive for chips?
A: 1 raffle ticket = $200 playing chips, rounding up to the "higher 200" (e.g., $325 = 2 raffle tickets). Chips can be traded in for raffle tickets at the end of the night. Raffle tickets are used to enter into the drawing for each raffle prize, which will be held at the end of the night.
Q: What are some of the prizes I can win with raffle tickets?
A: Raffle prizes for the night include a weekend stay at the SoHo Grand Hotel, a day pass for 2 to SoHo House, lunch and a tour for 2 of the Google NY offices, a Roomba from iRobot, cocktail class for 2 at Apotheke Academy, and more! Raffle tickets and winner must be present to claim prize at the event. Raffle drawing for all prizes will be held at the end of the night.
Q: What is the High Roller Poker Tournament?
A: The High Roller poker tournament is a closed, tournament-style competition available to our VIP’s who purchase Platinum tickets. Entrants will compete in No-Limit Texas Hold’em poker for a separate prize. The first hand will be dealt at 8:30 pm.
Q: As a High Roller, can I play at the other table games as well?
A: Yes, High Rollers will be given 1,200 chips for play at the table games outside of the tournament, and can enter the raffle for the raffle prizes as well.
Q: What are the prizes for the High Roller Poker Tournament?
A: Only High Rollers can compete for the tournament prize.
First Place: Gift card for $1,500 or 30% of the entry pool, whichever is greater
Example: For 1-10 total entrants, $1,500 for first place. For 15 total entrants, first place prizes will be $2,250.
Q: How long will the event run?
A: Table games will be open from 7:30 pm – 12 am. Registration begins at 7:00 pm.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation and do I need to print it?
A: Each customer will receive an e-mail confirmation upon purchase online. A printed confirmation is recommended for fast and easy entry. One form of photo ID on the day of the event will be required.
Q: Are tickets transferable to other guests?
A: No, tickets are not transferable to other guests.
Q: Is my ticket refundable?
A: No, tickets are not refundable. Only in the case of the event being cancelled will you be fully refunded.
Q: Is my ticket tax deductible?
A: Yes, amounts in excess of $20 per ticket may be claimed as tax-deductible.
