The APEX Outstanding Student Scholarship Award is given annually to two Asian American high school seniors who have demonstrated excellence not only in academics, but in community service as well. Awards of $1,000 and $500 go to first and second place recipients, respectively, to be used toward college tuition and/or expenses.
In order to be eligible for an award, applicants must be graduating high school seniors demonstrating financial need with a minimum 'B' grade average. Applicants must also be currently participating or have in the past participated in one or more APEX programs.

- Personal and/or professional recommendations
- Participation in extra-curricular activities and community service
- Financial need
All applications must be postmarked by April 15, 2011.
